Swift Distribution SA – Full Terms & Conditions

1. Introduction
These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern the use of Swift Distribution SA (Trading Name of
K2024/378333/07 South Africa Pty Ltd). By using this website or placing an order, you agree to
these Terms.

2. Products
Swift Distribution SA supplies Personal Protective Equipment (PPE), industrial safety products, and
related items.
We aim to provide accurate product descriptions, images, and pricing.
We reserve the right to correct errors in product listings or pricing.

3. Orders
Orders are processed after payment confirmation.
By placing an order, you confirm that all information provided (name, address, payment details) is
accurate.

4. Delivery Policy
Orders are processed within 1–2 business days.
Standard delivery: 3–7 business days depending on location.
Swift Distribution SA delivers via trusted courier services; tracking info is provided.
Customers must provide accurate delivery details; delays due to incorrect info are the customer’s
responsibility.

5. Returns & Refunds
Returns are accepted within 7 days of delivery if the item is damaged, defective, or incorrect.
Products must be unused and in original packaging.
PPE and safety items cannot be returned once used.
Refunds are issued within 5–10 business days to the original payment method.
Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to Swift Distribution’s SA error.

6. Exchanges
Exchanges are possible for the same item if stock is available.

7. Payment
Payments are accepted via PayFast and other approved gateways.
Payment must be completed before order processing.

8. Limitation of Liability
Swift Distribution SA is not liable for indirect or consequential damages.
