Swift Distribution SA – Delivery & Return Policies

1. Delivery Policy

Nationwide Delivery:
Swift Distribution SA delivers Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) and industrial safety products
across South Africa.

Processing Time:
Orders are processed within 1–2 business days after payment confirmation.

Delivery Time:
Standard delivery: 3–7 business days depending on location.
Expedited delivery: Available on request (additional charges may apply).

Delivery Method:
Products are delivered via trusted courier services.
Tracking information will be provided once your order has been shipped.

Shipping Charges:
Flat-rate or calculated based on weight and destination (displayed at checkout).
Free delivery may apply on qualifying orders.

Important Notes:
Customers must provide a correct delivery address. Swift Distribution SA is not responsible for delays
due to incorrect addresses.

Signature may be required upon delivery depending on courier policy.

2. Return & Refund Policy

Returns:
Customers may request a return within 7 days of delivery if the product is:
• Damaged
• Defective
• Incorrect item received

Conditions:
Products must be unused and in original packaging.
PPE and safety items cannot be returned once used due to hygiene and safety regulations.

Refunds:
Once the return is approved and received, a refund will be issued to the original payment method
within 5–10 business days.
Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

Exchange:
Exchanges for the same item are possible if stock is available.
